Constructed from heavy-duty 18-gauge (0.048 in / 1.2 mm) structural 304-grade stainless steel, each band features robotic fusion welds that are ground flat and hand-polished to a clean #4 architectural finish. Every inside and outside edge is meticulously radiused and deburred, preventing the metal from scratching galvanizing, paint, or powder coats on your cylinders.

• Protective Deburred & Radiused Edges: Every edge is carefully deburred and smooth-finished to prevent gouging, paint scratching, or galvanic blistering on cylinder walls.
• Hand-Buffed #4 Architectural Finish: Fusion welds are blended flat and the bands are hand-finished to a smooth satin polish that resists discoloration and saltwater staining.
• Wide Clamping Footprint: Provides 3" of structural contact per band (or 2.5" band width depending on profile sizing), eliminating flex and isolating vibration between manifold posts.
• Standard 11" Center Mounting Hole Spacing: Pre-punched center mounting holes align with backplates from Halcyon, Apeks, Hollis, OMS, and standard technical harnesses.

• 2 × Hex Head Cap Screws: 5/16"-18 × 5.5" fully-threaded 18-8 marine stainless steel studs.
• 2 × Wing Nuts: 5/16"-18 18-8 stainless steel wing nuts for tool-free backplate attachment.
• 2 × Finish Nuts: 5/16"-18 hex locking finish nuts for securing the cylinder band bridge.
• 2 × Split Lock Washers: 5/16" medium split spring washers for constant thread preload.
• 2 × Flat Washers: 5/16" ID × 3/4" OD broad flat washers for even pressure distribution across backplate grommets.
