Designed specifically for dedicated drysuit inflation systems, this ultra-compact first stage delivers consistent, low-flow gas from dedicated argon or pony bottles without tapping into your primary back-gas supply.

Precision-machined from heavy-duty chrome-plated marine brass, the HL405 features a low-profile body that hugs tightly against small 6 cu ft to 14 cu ft cylinders, minimizing drag and eliminating snag hazards in tight restrictions. Because drysuit inflation systems do not use a conventional second stage with a downstream purge to vent rising pressure, the HL405 comes pre-equipped with an integrated over-pressure relief valve (OPV) to safeguard your inflation hose and drysuit inflator valve against intermediate pressure creep.
