Constructed with a heavy-duty trilaminate shell and reinforced with a lightweight 1000D overlay and CORDURA® Rip-Stop fabric in critical wear zones, the Expedition HD2 withstands heavy equipment loads, rough entries, and abrasive overhead contact without restricting movement.

- 1000D Overlay Reinforcement: A lightweight, highly abrasion-resistant overlay protects the torso's highest-contact zones under harness friction and overhead contact.
- CORDURA® Rip-Stop Protection: Proprietary blend of heavy-duty nylon and CORDURA® Rip-Stop fabric reinforces lower arms, crotch/seat, and lower legs to extend suit life.
- Anatomical Cut: Anatomically shaped torso, arms, and legs remove excess bulk, improving aquadynamics and freedom of movement underwater.
- Telescoping Torso: Elastic crotch strap with rear double anchor and quick-release front buckle allows smooth bending and torso extension.
- 2mm Smart Collar: Nylon/smoothskin collar with built-in vented neck drain interfaces smoothly with dry hoods to keep water out.
- Plastic Dry Zipper: Low-profile, lightweight dry zipper with protective outer flap shields teeth from abrasion and sand.
- Dual Tech Cargo Pockets: Two utility pockets with zipper flaps, drain grommets, and internal bungee attachment cords (3 thin / 2 thick).
- 2-Needle Felled Seams: Double-stitched seams taped internally and externally at critical wear points for superior seam strength and durability.
