Been out of the water for a while? Need to refresh your skills? Want to renew your diving knowledge?
Take a PADI Scuba Tune Up and refresh your skills. Whether you just want to jump in the water again or you have a trip or another course coming up and you want to make sure your skills are fresh the PADI Scuba Tune-Up is a thorough way to boost your competence and confidence. You get a comprehensive manual specifically designed for a certified diver that’s relearning dive theory, equipment, procedures, etc. The course includes a short classroom review of the knowledge you’ve rediscovered through your Scuba Tune-Up manual. Then we head to the pool for a review of the basic scuba skills you learned in your Open Water course and a chance to practice buoyancy and just being underwater.
Please note: This is a non-certification course. You can log your Scuba Tune-Up in your logbook with your Instructor and/or Divemaster’s confirmation to present as recent experience if you are heading on a trip. If you’re looking for a re-certification you may wish to opt for re-doing your Open Water Course if it has been a significant number of years since your original certification and last dives OR if it hasn’t been that long, you could upgrade to the PADI ReActivate program which comes with an eLearning manual and includes a new certification card that shows the date of your ReActivation.
