Want to get out of the city for the day? IDC has a fun dive set up to take you to one of the best shore dives around. We are car pooling up to the Sunshine coast to Tuwanek Point.
The shallow waters around three small islands are great for new and old divers alike. Lots of life, easy entry and a beautiful part of British Columbia.

We meet at 8:00 am in Horse Shoe Bay Marina for a two tank dive. Price does not include any equipment except tanks. However we do offer a 25% discount for any rentals you need. You must sort this the day before charter date.The Sea Dragon is a large and comfortable boat with a knowledgeable crew. Space is limited to 12 divers so book earlier for this great day dive. Location will be determined by weather and tides. Call us for more details. You do not need a ton of experience, but having the advanced level will make you experience on the trip better.

Clean Up Location: Batchelor Bay, at the end of Dufferin Ave. just east of Whytecliff Park.
The Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup is a grassroots direct action conservation program that aims to promote understanding and education about shoreline litter issues by engaging Canadians to rehabilitate shoreline areas through cleanups. The program influences Canadians to act, becoming better environmental citizens.

Join us for a relaxing weekend of diving, eating and just sitting in a hot tub. We are going back to Porpoise Bay Charters and staying at the Strong Water Retreat for 2 nights. This trip includes transportation and boat dives. Located 3 minute boat-ride from Egmont with a dive site right off the dock out front. The property is 6.5 acres with almost 700 feet of waterfront and backs onto the Skookumchuck Provincial Park. Numerous walking trails take you throughout the property and adjacent Park lands, including a 45 minute walk to Observation Wall in the Skookumchuck.
We have priced this to sell and only 10 spots will be available in the van and two non transportation for $25.00 less.

October 24th 2010IDC 17th Annual Underwater Pumpkin Carving Event
This year will be our 16th Annual Underwater Pumpkin Carving Contest and is actually the first time IDC has hosted this event on Halloween and will be implementing a costume contest along with the official pumpkin carving contest. Please stay tuned for more details.
Location will be Whytecliff Park at 9 am. Everyone is welcome to have a great time and a great T-Shirt. The 25% off gear rental for a fun dive applies; pumpkin included along with a BBQ lunch..
