Regulator - Primary
Our technicians provide basic and full service for both diaphragm and piston first and second stages. We provide warrantee maintenance on all the brands of regulators we carry and many that we do not.
Octopus
An octopus service should be done as frequently as your primary service as this is an important piece of equipment to maintain. This is your buddies life line.
Tank VIP
All tanks (aluminum and steel) in Canada require an annual visual inspection OR visual inspection PLUS (VIP) in order to be filled. All VIP’s include an air fill and the sticker proving the tank has passed inspection.
Hydro (with Visual Inspection)
Hydro testing for all tanks be they aluminum or steel is required every 5 years. A VIP and air fill is included with each hydro.
Tank O2 Service
IDC provides O2 tank servicing to make your tank oxygen compatible for carrying higher percentages of enriched air.
BCD Service Check
Over time your BCD inflator may begin sticking and self inflate or may no longer hold air after you inflate it. At IDC we will complete a full service of the inflator and all exhuast ports to make sure they are in proper working condition.
Dry Suit Leak-Test
If your drysuit is no longer living up to its name (no matter what brand) we can perform an on-site leak test to try to diagnose the problem. Many leaks are easily identifiable and may be resolved on-site or by the owner. If further diagnosis or repairs are necessary we can have a manufacturer do a more comprehensive leak test.
Air Fill
We offer fills from 50-130* cu ft tanks with modified grade e air. ($10.00 including tax)
*Smaller than 50 will be charged $0.15/cuft of bottle size.
Air Fill (Nitrox)
We offer fills from 50-130* cu ft tanks with your choice of blend up to 40%. ($15.00 including tax)
Smaller than 50 cuft the fill will be charged $0.25/cuft minium $7.50
Air Fill (Argon)
We offer fills and only charge per cubic foot. ($1.15/cuft)
Air Fill (Helium)
We offer fills per cubic foot plus any other gas fill. ($1.20/cuft)
