Advanced Open Water Course

Advanced Open Water Course

This offers you a relaxed course with no more than two dives per day during which you gain additional experience and skills.

PADI's Advanced Open Water Course program fine tunes your dive skills and allows you to explore five new diving environments. In this course, you will explore new aspects of diving such as Drysuit, Wreck, Enriched Air (Nitrox), Peak Performance Buoyancy, Night, Deep and Underwater Navigation.

International Diving Centre's Advanced Open Water Course includes one evening of orientation and a pool session where skills are refreshed and/or drysuit skills can be learned and two Saturdays and a Wednesady evening of diving (five dives). The PADI Advanced course curriculum can be tailored to experienced divers seeking new challenges or to divers who have just completed the basic Open Water course and are looking to improve and expand upon all that they learned in basic training.

Unlike the Open Water course that is heavily academic and emphasizes pool training the Advanced Course is almost all diving and is where many divers truly achieve a greater level of comfort and confidence in the water.
