Only Two Avro Dives Left.

Just wanted to thank all of the participation on the Avro Dives with Steve this summer. Steve is running one tomorrow and then one more in two weeks from then.

Is scuba diving strenuous?

Diving is not strenuous if it is performed properly and in fact, it can be very low impact and relaxing for the average diver.
